CAREER & COLLEGE PATHWAYS PROGRAM

Christian Women’s Job Corps of McLennan County (CWJC) is expanding opportunities for women to prepare for employment, strengthen practical skills, and pursue educational and career goals.

Our Career & College Pathways Program includes workforce development, college preparation, career readiness, and skill-building opportunities designed to help women move toward greater economic stability and long-term success.

Program opportunities may include:

  • Resume and Interview Preparation
  • Financial Literacy
  • Job Search and Employment Preparation
  • Office Administration and Professional Skills
  • Short-Term Training and Workshops

Programs and training opportunities may vary throughout the year based on class schedules, partnerships, and availability.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED to participate in the Career & College Pathways Program.

Women who meet this requirement and are interested in developing new skills, preparing for employment, pursuing additional education, or strengthening their career readiness are encouraged to apply.

CWJC services are provided at no cost to eligible participants.
